PRICES ARE F.O.B. Torrance, California & ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Terms Available: Net 30 (subject to credit approval), Credit Card Charge (Visa, Mastercard & Discover), C.O.D. (1/3 Deposit required on Opening Order), or Prepaid.

Terms of Payment: For Net 30 accounts, amount is due in full at 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5 % per month is assessed on accounts not paid within 30 days. Accounts with past due invoices will not be shipped additional merchandise until payment has been made in full on the outstanding balance.

Delivery: Freight charges are prepaid and billed on invoice, unless otherwise specified. A SPECIAL Handling Fee of $10.00 will be added to the invoice for orders: Below minimum requirements, Parcel Post shipments & RPS shipments. Goods are shipped Best Way unless otherwise requested. Merchandise damaged should be held with the original shipping container. Any claims must be reported to the Freight Carrier FIRST. We must receive your claim in writing within 15 days of receipt of merchandise or we will not be responsible to any losses incurred. No deductions are allowed from invoices without prior approval.

Restocking Fee: Refused orders returned to Gorgeous Designs Inc. will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.

Discount Pack : 10% discount off our regular wholesale price apply when items are ordered in discount pack quantities. The discount pack quantity listed is per item per color. Discount cannot be offered on split shipments. This discount does not apply to special orders or orders with special terms or pricing.

Returned Merchandise: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any defective merchandise will be given 100% credit or replaced at our option, if the defect is made known to us in writing within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. No deductions are to be made from invoice without authorization. Credits or replacements will be made when damaged merchandise is returned. Items returned with store labels or price labels will not be allowed credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Freight Allowance: For orders between $1000.00-$1999.99 we offer 5% 30 net 31. A full freight allowance is available on orders (if paid within terms) of $2000.00 or more with one billing & ship to address (within the 48 contiguous states) and single ship date. This allowance does not apply to special orders or orders with special terms or pricing.

Back Orders: Only back orders greater than $50.00 will be processed. All back orders will be shipped as available without prior notice, unless otherwise specified. Past due accounts will not be shipped back orders.

Special Order: Minimum quantity required 288pcs to 2400 pcs, depending on item, call for special quotation.
